Sun Engineering’s first international high rise project is starting to take shape with steel being erected on the east and west sides of the building.
The highly anticipated project on completion will feature two hotels catering for a mixed level of business & leisure travelers. The Hotels will embrace a sophisticated and modern cultural design scheme.
Complementing the plaza experience within the complex will be modern boutique style retail stores, bars and international cuisine restaurants with a street style garden café ambience. Unique to this development will be Papua New Guineas first Convention & Performing Arts Centre.
A reflection of PNG’s rich indigenous culture the facility is designed to meet current and future business, conference and convention needs while offering an iconic structure that serves Papua New Guinea’s local community with pride.
