Broadmeadow coal mine is an underground coal mine that can produce up to 4.8 million tonnes of coking coal per year. The mine is located 34km north of Moranbah and Neighbors the nearby Goonyella Riverside coal mine.
Sun Engineering were engaged to supply and construct the new in-pit conveyor system at the Broadmeadow Coal Mine. The steelwork supplied weighed in at over 1,600 tonnes.
